What We Do

Low- and no-pay internships are the gateway to careers in advertising, film, music, fashion, and other creative fields. But for talented people without financial safety nets, these opportunities are out of reach.

The Next Dragon Program removes that barrier. We provide grants to cover living expenses during internships, paired with mentorship from accomplished creative professionals who help recipients navigate the industry and build lasting careers.

2025 Impact

2 inaugural grants awarded to emerging creatives at Texas State University and Columbia College Chicago.

Each recipient was paired with mentors from the Dragon Mentor Network matched to their creative goals — including an Academy Award–winning screenwriter, a VP of Television at Searchlight Pictures, and brand strategists who've built campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
